Butter Salted Egg Prawn with Chillies ● Homemade Recipe [Simple & Easy] Ingredients: 600g prawn (peel and devein) Salt, pepper & sugar (1/2 teaspoon each) to marinate Batter: 1 egg ½ cup rice flour ½ cup corn flour Sauce: 2 tablespoons butter 20 curry leaves (deep fried for 30 seconds) 3 bird’s eye chilies 3 Salted egg yolk (steam and mash) 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic and shallot 1 teaspoon sugar Steps: Remove the shell and devein the prawn Marinate with salt, pepper & sugar Beat 1 egg Dip the prawn to egg and coat with the flour mixture Deep fry the prawn till golden brown Heat the pan and add 1 tablespoon oil Sauté the minced garlic and shallot till fragrance Add the mashed salted egg yolk and butter Stir in the curry leaves and bird’s eye chilies Add sugar Stir in the prawn and toss till all evenly coated with sauce
